After Hour Emergencies
Emergencies include: fire, flood, loss of heat, power failure, broken locks or security concerns.
Call 9-1-1 first for any life threatening emergencies or crimes in progress.
Then call: 1-800-471-4759 ext. 804
Superintendent
Don
CoreLofts has one full time superintendent on staff. In general, the Superintendent’s duties include building cleaning (common elements only), garbage removal and is the on-site liaison for any trades people.
The Superintendent is not expected to respond to issues after working hours. Please use the “After Hours Emergency” numbers if there is a maintenance emergency after hours.
Property Manager

The Property Manager is the first point of contact for residents/owners for common element area concerns. The Property Manager will field any and all complaints and/or concerns related to the Common Elements.
The Property Manager also hires contractors on behalf of the Corporation and acts as the Board’s resource with respect to property management issues.
Board of Directors
CoreLofts has an elected, volunteer Board of Directors that meet regularly to make decisions on behalf of the condominium corporation.
Board members can be reached by dropping a note into the office door mail slot or via the property manager. The office is on main floor.
