GARAGE LINE PAINTING

As Property Managers of the Condominium Corporation and on behalf of the Board of Directors, we are contacting you regarding the repainting of the parking lines of the garage.  Please be advised that Technoline will be onsite to complete the garage cleaning on:

  Friday June 18^th, 2021

  From 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Due to the process and the machinery used it is imperative that all vehicles must be removed from the garage for the duration of the work.

• We also ask that all personal items are removed from the garage and parking spots by 8:00am the morning of June 18^th, 2021 to ensure a proper cleaning.

• Please be reminded that the quote received does not include multiple visits in the facility, as such failure to have the car removed will result in the contractors having to come back on a later day and the additional charges incurred by the corporation will be passed on to the owner of the vehicle.

If owners are away during the cleaning, we ask that arrangements are made to ensure their belongings and vehicles are removed from their spot on the day of the painting mentioned above.

Please note: The Corporation and the Contractor will not take any responsibility for any damages to vehicles or personal items if they are left in the garage during the cleaning.
